Q. How do I request a credit from my account?
A. In order to request a credit from your account, you must fill out a credit request form.  You will find the “CASH OUT” button located on the main page.

You can request a credit using several different methods.  They include Credit Card, Bank Draft, Neteller, and Prepaid ATM. 

The requested amount must be less than or equal to the original transaction amount and the original transaction cannot be more than three months old. 

Should you choose to request a credit in the form of a Bank Draft, we will mail it via a courier to the address you have provided us prior to your deposit.  In the event that you need to change your address, this can be accomplished in the deposit screen by revising the information and then clicking on Update Profile.

If your preferred method of withdrawal is either Neteller or Prepaid ATM, please note that your credit card will be first credited back for any deposits previously made, and only amounts in excess of your original credit card deposits will be sent via your preferred method of withdrawal, Neteller or Prepaid ATM.
