From the strip, the "302" stops at Vacation Village, Tropicana, Flamingo Hilton, Spring Mountain Road, Riviera, Stratosphere and onto Fremont street and the DTC. For those without an internal compass, you're heading Northbound. The DTC, Downtown Transportation Center, is the central station downtown where you can get catch most routes. You can buy tickets or get information from 6:15am to 9:45pm. It is located just north of Fremont Street on the corner of Casino Center and Stewart Street. If you head toward the Lady Luck you'll find it one street up. To get back to the strip from Fremont street, you can go to the DTC or you can go down Fremont street to Las Vegas Blvd (the Strip). Instead of turning left to where you probably got off the bus, you turn right at the Race Rock Restaurant and head toward the end of that block to the bus stop sign. It looks like the wrong way and can seem scary at night. If in doubt, go back to Fremont street and head down the main roads to the DTC. The Southbound "302" from the Fremont Street area starts at the DTC and stops at Fremont Street, Stratosphere, Circus Circus, Mirage, Bellagio, Excalibur and Vacation Village. Don't hesitate to ask a question because the bus drivers are surprisingly courteous, patient and helpful. CAT, the Citizens Area Transit system is the Clark County bus system that serves just about anyplace in Las Vegas that you want be.
